Camelot Arcade
A 13 track leftfield/idm album (1h 18m 1s) — released August 17th 2018 on Waltzer
Ceephax Acid Crew aka Andy Jenkinson is a long established electronic musician who has been producing his own brand of quirky acid and electronica for over 20 years. Hard to categorise due to his unique style which covers genres such as Acid House, Techno, Jungle, IDM and Ambient, he has nonetheless been very influential and artists such as Aphex Twin have stated him as one of their favourite artists.
Ceephax Acid Crew has emerged from his medieval castle to bring us the wonderful 13 track album "Camelot Arcade". Heavily inspired by the stories of Camelot and times of old we have his usual tb-303 acid styles but despite tunes such as "The Green Night" and "Shadowphax Part II" this is more melodic deep listening album than a dancefloor one. "Life Started Tomorrow" and "Path to the None" are also extended journey style synth tracks. This album covers more emotional territory usually overlooked by other contemporary musicians who are looking for a quick club hit and will be listened to for many years to come.
